Technology: How It Works

A 10 to 20 foot long 2 inch Tube with 6 internal components:

• An Actuator that is activated when it hits the bottom of the well
• An explosive Disk at the opposite of the Tube that is ignited with an electrical signal from the Actuator
• The Disk at the opposite end of the Tube, causes a Piston to empty the contents of 2 one inch Bladders that run the length of the Tube
• Each Bladder contains a single chemical
• The Chemicals are mixed in a Venturi at the bottom of the Tube
• The Venturi causes the Chemicals to react producing a large volume (circa 600ft.) of hardened Chemical Plug
